Refund & Return Policy

You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

To start a return, please email support@teflli.com with your order number and clear photos (if the item is damaged).

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping fees are refundable only if the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case. Our support team will confirm the method with you.
